I am Alan Seilhammer. If you’ve attended a community association trade show, educational forum or conference in the past 18 years, there is a good chance we’ve already met. My professional career as an HOA Lending Pro spans the better part of two decades.

I have concerned myself specifically with the Community Association lending industry and provided loans to associations in 46 states. I have advised commercial lenders on how to structure their community lending practices. I have personally overseen close to one billion dollars in loan transactions between lenders and borrowers in the course of my career.

I’d like to think that I have “seen and heard it all” when it comes to HOA lending. My purpose in creating this website is to give something back to an industry I truly admire.
